The isolated apartment is 43 m2, with an outside warehouse and terrace (25 m2). The main apartment is 92 m2 and is connected to the second floor through an indoor staircase. and features wide windows as well as a spacious studio-style living room with a kitchen. On the second floor, there is also another separate entrance.
Prefabricated timber frame villa with isolated rooms and separate entrances, allowing the ground floor to be divided into two separate dwellings, which enables different generations of the family to live together without disrupting one another. It also gives the house owner the option of renting out the isolated apartment.
